About the Service

Santa Mailbox is a family service that lets parents relay their children's letters and chat messages to Santa and receive replies. Replies are generated automatically with artificial intelligence; there is no human behind the magic.

Who May Use It

Santa Mailbox is intended for parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old. Children may use Santa Mailbox only through a parent's or guardian's account and under their supervision. By using the service, you confirm that you are a parent or guardian aged 18 or older and that you are responsible for how your children use it.

Your Account

• You sign in with a Google account.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Do not share your account or let anyone other than your own children use it under your supervision.
• You are responsible for all activity through your account.

Acceptable Use

When using Santa Mailbox, you agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• impersonate another person, including in messages written to Santa;
• send content that is harmful, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a family product.

We use automated screening to block unsafe content before a reply is generated.

AI-Generated Replies

Santa's replies are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you expected, and they are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise). Please review what your children receive and use your own judgment when discussing it with them.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the letters and messages you and your children write. To provide the service, we need your permission to store, process, and transmit that content — for example, to generate a reply, deliver it by email, and keep the conversation available in the web app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Availability and Disclaimers

Santa Mailbox is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue parts of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used to send abusive or unlawful content. You can stop using Santa Mailbox at any time and delete your child profiles from the web app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and the new terms apply from that date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
